1/2 cup rice, raw (not instant rice)
1 can (14.5 oz) fat-free, low sodium chicken broth
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
6 (4 oz) skinless chicken breast
1 tbsp minced onion
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp paprika
In a large non stick casserole pan, combine rice, chicken broth, and mushrooms.
Place chicken breasts on top. Sprinkle minced onion, onion powder, pepper and paprika on chicken.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
